bike shop without Esprit
other day I got a voucher for 10 € of Esprit. I had not used my Esprit customer card a few months. Esprit informed me that they would be glad to see you again very much and would give me the 10 €, so I find it easier to back them.
I came, saw and bought. Clothing worth over 200 €. My bike shop has
me today sent a voucher to zero euros. This is the bonus that I did in this Year had acquired through purchases with my debit card. Ok - I admit that this year I have not even been there.
I wrote the following to e-mail:

What I say? Is this a warning that I noticed this year is not with you?
Other shops send me a voucher for 10 €, so I again pass by. I can understand that. If I start shopping there, then have a buyer recovered.
But your action is incomprehensible to me. of So print a flyer and send in the mail, but that costs money! If then at the end of an insulted, or at least misunderstood sentient individual is left, then you have not been able, right?
The bike that I bought from you is the way perfectly. It goes and goes and goes. Should it ever go broke, so I will come to you and have it repaired. But until then you need me Null € vouchers to send more, because I use anything and you do not.
